Jewel Value provides a cloud-based platform for jewellery retailers to create, manage, and distribute professional jewellery valuations and certificates. The service includes features such as valuation creation, certificate generation, customer portal, and Shopify integration.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Create fraudulent or misleading valuations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to our platform. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Valuation Disclaimer

Valuations created using Jewel Value are based on information you provide. We do not verify the accuracy of item descriptions, specifications, or values. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the valuations you create.

8. Intellectual Property

The Jewel Value platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its components without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewel Value shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jewel Value and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
