Syncing Shopify Products

Once connected, your Shopify products appear inside Jewel Value as searchable item references.

When sync happens

• Initial: full pull when you first connect (can take 5–60 seconds depending on catalogue size)
• Live: PRODUCTS_UPDATE and PRODUCTS_DELETE Shopify webhooks keep us in sync within seconds of changes in your Shopify Admin

Using a product on a valuation

In the new-valuation wizard, the Item Title field autocompletes from your Shopify catalogue. Selecting a product pulls in:

• Title
• Description
• First image
• SKU
• Tags (mapped to category if recognised)

What we don't sync

We don't pull stock levels, prices or sales data. Valuations are an independent record — they don't change with the product price in Shopify.

Manual refresh

If something looks out of date, Settings > Integrations > Shopify > Refresh Products triggers a full re-sync. Useful after bulk product imports.
