Reports, activity log and metal pricing

Three sidebar areas help you keep an eye on the business.

Reports (managers and above)

Tabs for Summary, Revenue, Categories, Customers and Locations, with charts and tables such as valuations by month, value by category, top customers and value by location. Export downloads the Summary tab as a CSV file; it's disabled on the other tabs.

Activity (managers and above)

The Activity Log shows who did what across the account: totals, a timeline, the most common actions, the busiest areas and the most active users, and a detailed log you can search by user or record and filter by action and area.

Metal Pricing (everyone)

Live gold, silver, platinum and palladium prices, which Jewel Value refreshes every 10 minutes, and a Metal Value Calculator that works out a metal's value from its weight and purity. The valuation wizard's Valuation step shows the same prices per gram in the valuation's currency.

Metal prices are reference figures. Your valuation conclusion remains your professional judgement.
