Inviting team members

Adding Team Members

Jewel Value supports multiple users per business with different permission levels so your team can collaborate without sharing a login.

Where to invite

Open Settings > Team from the sidebar. Use Invite Team Member, enter an email address, and pick a role.

Roles and what they can do

  • Owner: Full access including billing and team management. There is exactly one Owner per account.
  • Admin: Manage users, customers, valuations, and settings. Cannot change billing.
  • Manager: Approve valuations, run bulk operations, generate certificates, view reports.
  • Staff: Create and edit valuations and customers.
  • Viewer: Read-only access. Useful for accountants or auditors.

How invitations work

The invitee receives an email with a one-time link valid for 7 days. Clicking the link opens Accept Invitation where they set a password and join the account.

If they already have a Jewel Value account on a different tenant, the link prompts them to either sign in or create a new account scoped to your tenant.

Plan limits

  • Basic: 2 team members
  • Pro: 10 team members
  • Enterprise: Unlimited

You can always remove a member from Settings > Team to free up a seat.
