Upgrading or downgrading plans

Changing Plans

Open Settings > Billing to see your current plan and the alternatives.

Upgrading

Takes effect immediately. Stripe prorates the difference: you pay the new rate from today through the end of your current billing period.

After upgrade you immediately get the new plan's limits — more valuations per month, more team seats, API access if you've moved to Pro+.

Downgrading

Takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep the higher tier's features for the time you've already paid for.

Heads-up: if your usage exceeds the new plan's limits when the downgrade takes effect, write actions are blocked until you remove the excess (e.g. archive valuations, remove team seats).

Cancelling

Cancel from the same page. You keep access until the end of the current billing period; we don't refund partial months. If you change your mind, you can reactivate before the end of the period.

Shopify-installed accounts

The same flow but the buttons open Shopify's managed-pricing page, which handles the payment side. The plan change syncs back to Jewel Value within seconds via webhook.
