Upgrading or downgrading plans

Plans are changed on Shopify's plan page.

How to change plan

1. Open Settings > Billing (owners and admins).
2. Select Manage Plan on Shopify. In Shopify admin you can also use the billing button on the Jewel Value home page.
3. Choose the new plan on Shopify's page. Shopify shows the price and when the change takes effect before you approve it.

Jewel Value picks up the change from Shopify automatically.

What each plan includes

• Basic — $9.99 a month or $99 a year: 50 valuations a month, 2 team members, your logo on the default certificate design
• Professional — $29.99 a month or $299 a year: 500 valuations a month, 10 team members, custom branding
• Enterprise — $59.99 a month or $599 a year: unlimited valuations, unlimited team members, custom branding, priority support

The monthly valuation allowance counts valuations submitted or finalised in each calendar month; drafts don't count.

Custom branding and Basic

Custom branding covers your logo, colours, header and footer text, certificate template, brand theme and email styling. On Basic, certificates use the default design with your business details, appraiser defaults, professional notice and paper size.

If you move to Basic, any branding you've set up is kept but not applied, and it returns if you upgrade again. Certificates already issued keep the design they were issued with. See Certificate designs, brand theme and plan limits.

Before moving to a smaller plan

Compare your team size and monthly volume with the smaller plan's limits.

Cancelling

Selecting Cancel in Settings > Billing takes you to Shopify. Your subscription continues until you finish cancelling there.
