Adding your logo and branding

Branding is set once in Settings > Branding (owners and admins) and applies to every new certificate and customer email. Your logo works on every plan. The rest of custom branding is part of the Professional and Enterprise plans and every free trial; on Basic those controls are greyed out.

Colors & Logo tab

• Brand Colors: primary, secondary and accent colours, or start from a Quick Preset. Pick colours that still read well printed in black and white.
• Company Logo: select Upload Logo. The upload accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF images up to 10 MB. A landscape PNG with a transparent background usually looks best in the certificate header.
• Favicon: a small square image for app branding.

Certificates tab

Show Company Logo controls whether the logo prints on certificates. The same tab holds the header and footer text, border style, watermark, certificate design and brand theme — see Customizing certificate templates.

The appraiser is printed by name from the valuation or your appraiser defaults.

Email Templates tab

Customer emails use your company logo from the Colors & Logo tab. You can also set the Email Footer Text.

Check before you rely on it

Select Generate branded PDF preview on the Certificates tab after any change. New certificates use your saved branding; certificates already issued keep the design they were issued with.
