Generating PDF Certificates

Once a valuation is approved you can produce a PDF certificate that bears your business branding.

Single certificate

1. Open the valuation detail page
2. Click Generate Certificate
3. The PDF is rendered server-side using your tenant's certificate template
4. The download link appears in the Certificate section once ready (usually under 10 seconds)

The PDF is also stored on Cloudinary so you can re-download it later from the same valuation.

Bulk certificates

From the valuations list, select multiple rows and choose Bulk > Generate Certificates. The job runs hourly in the background — refresh the list to see status updates.

Customising the certificate

• Settings > Branding controls the logo, primary color and signature image used in every certificate
• Settings > Company controls the business name, address and registration number printed at the top
• The template is multi-language: certificates render in the language set per-customer or per-valuation

Sharing with customers

After generation you can:

• Email: send the PDF to the customer email on the valuation
• Share link: generate a public URL the customer can open without an account
